Contact Mando

Share the fitment question before it becomes a wrong-part problem

Contact the Mando team with vehicle details, OE references, distributor quantity, or service-bay timing. The goal is to keep the request specific enough for a useful reply and simple enough for busy parts teams to complete.

Requests are reviewed by channel need: urgent service-bay questions, wholesale quote packages, catalog-data conversations, and sourcing documentation.

What to include in your request

A useful fitment conversation usually starts with the vehicle identity and the system being repaired. If your team already has an OE number, competitor reference, or distributor SKU, include it in the message so the answer can focus on what still needs verification.

For suspension and steering questions, mention the side of the vehicle, axle position, trim, and whether the job involves a complete strut assembly, coil spring, control arm, tie rod, or related hardware. For ignition and electrical questions, include connector style, engine code, wiring note, or diagnostic observation when available.

Wholesale buyers can add target quantity, delivery market, packaging needs, and quote timing. Catalog teams can describe ACES or PIES data questions, product-name cleanup, or cross-reference mapping work. This level of detail keeps the request practical without asking the buyer to write a technical report.

How the message is routed

Short service-bay questions are easiest to answer when the message includes the vehicle and the installed system. Distributor requests should include quantity and delivery context. Catalog or e-commerce questions should describe whether the issue is naming, image coordination, fitment data, or cross-reference cleanup.
